The Fall market doesn’t get as much hype as the spring market does, but don’t be fooled, this is the perfect time to list your home for sale.

This year in particular, we had an incredibly strong spring market, driven by buyer demand and low inventory. While the summer followed its historical pattern of slowing down while homeowners enjoy the glorious two months of good weather we Torontonians cling to, there are many buyers waiting in the wings, with hopes of new inventory in the fall.
